I have been going to Physical Therapy for the past two months. I met Dr Alex Ghafarri at Overture Barrett and he assured me that he could help improve my stair climbing ability. I didn’t realize what an expert Dr Alex is. He is friendly and kind but he really has the expertise to improve any condition. The staff is very pleasant and creates a welcoming environment. There is a routine of machines that help loosen you up and improve mobility. The balance machine was a bit tricky but I improved each week. I admit I was a bit nervous about acupuncture but Dr Alex is very skillful at it and it really did take away the knee pain I was experiencing. During the 2 months that I took PT I experienced a fall at my apartment so my next PT appointment concentrated on helping the areas of pain from the fall. I would recommend Choice One PT to anyone who is looking to improve their mobility issues or any pain areas.

This office is the worst Physically therapist office I have ever went to….I would not recommend this office to anyone! The wife of the Therapist is very evil and not friendly at all! It’s a small family practice that is very Toxic! The office is very unprofessional, the therapist and wife talks about employees and there parents to other staff members that is a big Hippa violation! Stay away from this out dated office! The Therapist have employees working for him that are not trained in the field, the equipment and machines are very old and out dated… please stay away from this office!
